The Phoenix Project

The Phoenix Project will offer a unique, two-pronged approach to attacking recidivism, thereby giving formerly incarcerated people a greater chance to succeed and a new, and more positive path.

The Phoenix Project includes educational programming to address deeply rooted issues that fuel the school-to-prison
pipeline, coupled with robust re-entry services and job placement services to assist inmates, post release.

The Phoenix Project staffing agency will work nationally to create relationships with inmate-friendly organizations and companies to fill their employment needs.

At the same time, through intensive coaching and mentoring, The Phoenix Project will maintain relationships with inmates and former inmates to assist them with finding the right employment fit.
